Response to Heaven Riot - Polls Puts Marzel in Knesset

Otzma Leyisrael: Hevron Riot from Softness to Hamas

Knesset members Aryeh Eldad and Michael Ben-Ari, who head the Otzma Leyisrael party, respondeded to Thursday afternoon's riot in the Judean city of Hevron by saying, Thursday evening, "The policy of the [Binyamin] Netanyahu government regarding procedures for opening fire abandons the lives of soldiers and civilians in Israel."
The statment by the two continued, "The riot by the Palestinian police officers is a direct continuation of the softness shown by the Netanyahu government in the cease-fire agreement with Hamas [which ended Pillar of Defense counter-terror campaign in Gaza]."

Power to Israel, which is headed by MK Aryeh Eldad, receives three, according to the poll, conducted by Midgam for Voice of Israel public radio.
Marzel, who lives in Hevron, is known for a fearless confrontational style in dealing with hostile Arabs. If he makes it into the parliament, altercations between him and aggressively anti-Israel Arab Knesset members like Ahmed Tibi may not be a far-fetched scenario.

  1. We sorely need the likes of Marzel in the Knesset. And not just because the Knesset has traitor-Arab representatives that need a heavy counterbalance, but because the country sorely needs sanity in its policies. Only fearless individuals can think and behave sanely.

    1. You are absolutely correct. We have much insanity in this government and need sane people
