Acre Police Warn Ben Ari of Riot Ahead of Visit
In an unusual turn of events, police in Acre asked MK Michael Ben Ari, due to arrive in the city in an hour for a press tour, not to hold any events in the city in light of intelligence information predicting disturbances from radical Islamists.

Ben-Ari said that he will travel to Acre as planned and that the time has come for Israel to stand strong and show rioters who is boss, saying, "Our Acre will win and we won't fold to a group of rioters who think that Acre is Palestine."

Vote For "STRONG ISRAEL'

MKs Eldad, Ben-Ari form 'Strong Israel' party

Rightist lawmakers split from National Union to 'fight for country's Jewish character'

Knesset Members Arieh Eldad and Michael Ben-Ari are splitting from the National Union and forming a new party, Strong Israel, under the slogan "There are no rights without obligations." Extreme rightist Baruch Marzel was placed third on the new party's roster ahead of the upcoming elections; Aryeh King of the Israel Land Fund, which supports Israeli development in east Jerusalem, was given the fourth slot, while Itamar Ben-Gvir, another extreme-right activist, will fill the fifth spot.

Eldad announced the establishment of the new party during a press conference in Jerusalem on Tuesday, but said "We cannot talk politics before we discuss south Israel. A million citizens are currently sitting in shelters under the threat of rockets while the government, which can only be defined as insane, continues to supply electricity and water to Gaza. This is one of the things we will try to change as a new faction in the political arena. There is an external terror threat and an internal terror threat in the form of infiltrators."

Strong Israel leaders during press conference

ccording to Eldad, Strong Israel aims to fill a "vacuum" he claims exists in the rightist political bloc. "(Yisrael Beiteinu head) Avigdor Lieberman has joined (Prime Minister Benjamin) Netanyahu and will sit with (MK Dan) Meridor in the same party, while Aryeh Deri is dragging Shas to the left, to the Oslo days. Therefore, there is an ideological need to remind people that without obligations there are no rights. The land of Israel belongs to the people of Israel."

Ben-Ari told the reporters, "We will not join the coalition for jobs or budgets. We will join only in exchange for the implementation of principles that will strengthen Israel."

Eldad addressed claims that his new
party promotes intolerance and hatred of others. "A Jewish majority does not constitute hatred for others. We are fighting for the (country's) Jewish character," the rightist lawmaker said.

The National Union issued a statement saying the establishment of the new party "is a day of celebration for the Left due to the loss of tens of thousands of votes and a return to the days of Oslo."

Anyone that wants to volunteer to work in their neighborhood by getting a group together to a speaker from the party, hang a banner on your merpezot, hand out flyers, stickers, etc., please contact me at: Barbaraandchaim@gmail.com with your name, address and cellphone number and I will turn it into the Knesset office of Ben-Ari to be shared with his running mates.

Ben-Ari shows Israeli pride at a Soccer game

This is at a Soccer game between Beitar Yerushalaim and the Arab group of Sahnin, who didn't want to have Israeli symbols, like the Israeli flag, put up in the game.
So Ben Ari decided to let them know that this is the state of Israel, and Israeli symbols will be put up just about everywhere.
You can see Ben Ari here after about 43 seconds.

Ben-Ari Petitions High Court of Justice in Flortilla case

Monday, September 3rd, National Union MK Michael Ben-Ari, activist Itamar Ben-Gvir and the Movement for Our Land of Israel filed  an angry petition, for the High Court of Justice to demand that the state reveal its reasons for having closed its case against Balad MK Maneen Zoabi and Raed Salah, a leader in the Islamic Movement in Israel, for their involvement in the May 2010 flotilla.

The petition also demanded that the state reveal the evidence in its possession against Zoabi and Salah.

Tuesday, September 4th, the High Court of Justice ordered Attorney-General Yehuda Weinstein to present the court with a more extensive explanation of the reasons the state did not prosecute Balad MK Haneen Zoabi and Islamic Movement leader Sheikh Raed Salah, for their participation in the May 2010 Mavi Marmara flotilla.

MK Michael Ben-Ari, Itamar Ben-Gvir and Our Land of Israel Movement hope that once a more complete version of the state's reasons was put forward, they would be able to point out defects in the decision. Previously, the state had only released a brief press release regarding the decision to close the case.

Ben=Ari: Ichilov Infection the Price of Being Pretty

Ben-Ari: Ichilov Infection the Price of Being Pretty

Member of Knesset Michael Ben-Ari (National Union) reacted, Thursday evening, to news that a doctor at Tel Aviv's Ichilov Hospital had been infected with tuberculosis, by saying, "This is the price that Israel pays for looking good." The doctor was apparently infected after treating illegal aliens who had infiltrated the country, and the hospital is checking the possibility that eight other employees were infected.
Dr. Ben-Ari added, "The establishment, which is afraid of being accused of racism, would rather that doctors and citizens die of diseases, but in no way will it isolate the infiltrators in separate hospitals."

MK Ben Ari: Perhaps Police should Ban Motta Gur Books

MK Dr Michael Ben Ari responded to the police decision to prohibit signs captioned ‘The Temple Mount is Ours’ as ‘incitement’ in the Sunday rally against illegal Temple Mount Arab construction, “Perhaps the police should ban the Motta Gur book with the same title. Gur, who commanded the liberation of the Temple Mount in the Six Day War and coined the timeless phrase must be rolling over in his grave.”

Gov't forces Jews to desecrate the Sabbath

Arutz Sheva 7 5/8/2012
Border police evicted Jews from the Mitzpeh Avichai outpost in the Hevron region on Saturday, residents of the area report.

The outpost has been destroyed and rebuilt dozens of times. Homes have sometimes been destroyed in the middle of the night, and on at least one occasion, residents say, an Arab demolition crew stole valuables. However, they said Saturday night, never before have police carried out a demolition on the Sabbath.

MK Michael Ben-Ari (National Union) called on the religious Shas party, which is part of the coalition, to ask Defense Minister Ehud Barak why it was necessary to desecrate the Sabbath in order to destroy a home in the land of Israel.

“Not only is the government of Israel forcing Jews out of their homes, officers are forcing soldiers to desecrate the Sabbath in order to meet the failed Defense Minister Ehud Barak’s political needs, and those of the Prime Minister of Destruction Binyamin Netanyahu,” Ben-Ari charged.
