MK Ben-Ari Dares MKs to Host Infiltrators at Home

MK Ben-Ari Dares MKs to Host Infiltrators at Home
Tzvi Ben Gedalyahu
National Union Knesset Member Dr. Michael Ben-Ari has asked the Knesset to let him host 100 illegal African infiltrators and says he wants to see if “bleeding heart MKs” are willing to take them to their homes.

Several months ago, a large number of Sudanese scared away some residents of an upper middle-class Tel Aviv neighborhood when they entered a swimming pool in a visit paid for by MK Ben-Ari.

The National Union MK now has written a letter to Knesset director-general Dan Landau to tell him to be prepared for a visit of the illegal immigrants, thousands of whom have invaded the low-income southern Tel Aviv neighborhoods and committed hundreds of acts of robbery and theft from residents.

“I want to test the pluralism of MKs such as Nitzan Horowitz and Ilan Ghilon (Meretz), who support keeping the infiltrators in Israel. It would interest me if the same MKs will agree to take them home, or perhaps their idea of human rights only applies to other neighborhoods,” wrote MK Ben-Ari.

He said he is inviting 100 of the illegal infiltrators to a full day in the Knesset in which they “will eat in the MKs’ cafeteria, participate in committee discussions, observe the Knesset session and tour Israel's hall of democracy.”

MK Ben-Ari wrote, “The MKs that speak about the phenomenon [of infiltrators taking over Tel Aviv neighborhoods], without knowing it in person, will directly meet with them and feel the experience of the residents, whose neighborhoods are invaded."

“On the other hand, there is a humanitarian angle for the infiltrators, whom many MKs consider as refugees who go hungry every day.” The MKs can show their concern by inviting them home, Ben Ari added.
“I request you to coordinate the visit within three weeks, and the visit will be paid for by the Knesset as part of its budget for visitors,” MK Ben-Ari wrote Landau.

MK Ben Ari: Deport Aliens for their Own Safety

MK Dr Michael Ben Ari (National Union) called for the immediate humanitarian deportation of all illegal aliens “for their own safety” following the violent outburst of violence  against aliens in South Tel Aviv Wednesday night. “Even those in favor of allowing the aliens to remain cannot ignore Wednesday night’s events,” said Ben Ari. Police demolish wedding tent on Ramat Migron

MK Dr. Michael Ben-Ari (National Union) said, "The Netanyahu government and the Israel Police are obsessively monitoring and pursuing settlers. Arab infiltrators from the PA feel free to steal, rape, and vandalize, but Netanyahu feels it is more important to stop settlers from getting married."

This statement was made when police demolished a wedding tent on Ramat Migron Monday 21/5/12. On Friday before the wedding the police demolished the home the newlyweds were supposed to live in.

Ben-Ari Prays on the Temple Mount

Activists Arrested for Bowing on Temple Mount
Chana Ya'ar
Knesset Member Michael Ben Ari (National Union) and a few dozen activists celebrated Jerusalem Day by going up to the Temple Mount Sunday morning and asked to pray on the site.

Unlike the activists who kept their prayers short, Ben Ari threw himself down full length on to the ground of the Temple Mount as part of the prayer.
According to those who were with the lawmaker, the Arab bystanders did not respond to Ben Ari's action. “We scare ourselves for nothing,” said the MK. “Arabs understand what leftists do not understand. We have a right to pray on the Mount.”

Although the Arab security force on the site tried to arrest the MK and two other activists, Ben Ari refused to cooperate, insisted on his diplomatic immunity and claimed his right to pray on the site.

Earlier, those who went up to the Temple Mount explained the decision to do so especially on this day as a desire “to bring loyalty to the holiest site in Jerusalem” as they defined it.

At 3:00 p.m. Sunday, thousands of people are expected to march around and through the Old City of Jerusalem in the traditional flag march marking the reunification of the ancient capital.

The route of the march will once again pass through the Muslim Quarter, despite last year's disturbances, after having been confirmed by the Commissioner of Police.

On Sunday evening, celebrants will gather at the Yeshiva Merkaz HaRav Kook for an assembly with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, government ministers, Knesset members, honored rabbis and various other public figures.

Ben-Ari confronts Arabs and leftist on "Nakba Day"

Arabs Raise PLO Flags in Hebrew U
Zionist activists confront Arabs and leftist sympathizers for second day in campuses.
By Gil Ronen

Zionist activists confronted Arabs and leftist sympathizers in Israeli campuses Tuesday for the second straight day as Arabs marked "Nakba Day," in which they mourn their failure to annihilate the Jews in the Land of Israel in 1948.

Arabs in the Har Hatzofim campus of Hebrew University waved PLO flags and chanted the PLO battle cry, "with blood and fire we will redeem Palestine."

They were confronted by activists from the grassroots Zionist Im Tirtzu movement, who handed out copies of their booklet – Nakba Harta – which dispels Arab lies about the 1948 War of Independence.

On Monday, hundreds of student activists and protesters showed up in Tel Aviv University to protest the radical left's attempt to mark "Nakba Day" on campus. The demonstrators were led by MKs Michael Ben Ari and Aryeh Eldad (National Union).

The nationalist activists succeeded in disrupting a leftist ceremony honoring Arab victims of the war in 1948. MK Ben Ari denounced the "hypocrites in the university," which itself sits upon land that belonged to an Arab village, Sheikh Munis. "They dare to lecture us on occupied land? I wish our enemies many more Nakba days," he declared. "Happy Nakba Day."

Gov't Kills Holocaust Denier Law

Gov't Kills Holocaust Denier Law

The Netanyahu government rejected Wednesday a bill raised by MK Michael Ben Ari (National Union) that would proscribe negotiations with holocaust deniers.

The bill, which Ben Ari calls the "Abbas Law" for Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas, would have made negotiations with the PA impossible.

PA doctrine denies the deaths of six-million Jews in the Holocaust ever took place, and officially refers to the Yad Vashem holocaust center and memorial as the "Holocaust Lie."

Ben Ari argued that Israel should reject diplomatic relations with anyone who denies the truth of what was done to the Jewish people in Europe, or the existence of the State of Israel.

The bill would, as formulated, allow citizens to file suit against the government for maintaining diplomatic contacts with those they deem to be Holocaust deniers. The law did not define "Holocaust denier," effectively leaving such a determination to the courts.

Education Minister Gideon Sa'ar and Justice Minister Yaakov Neeman argued a situation in which individual citizens use their own definition of who is and isn't a Holocaust denier would be "completely unworkable."
"The government must make that determination," Neeman said.

For his part, Ben-Ari accused Neeman of  "legal sophistry," and stated that his proposal is just a "survival instinct that should guide any human being, let alone a nation that has experienced the flames."

"This is Abu Mazen and the PA and their education system, not something that can be measured in marginal ways," he said. "The textbooks in their school system say the State of Israel does not exist.

"Do we deny it, and then trick ourselves into believing that it is better to be seen as seekers of peace? Do we have any limits?! You desire to be loved and receive a hug from those who work towards our destruction.”

Then Ben Ari attacked Sa'ar directly, saying, "Opposition to this law is one of the most horrific acts of hypocrisy, and we will pay the price for it."

MK Ben-Ari Criticizes Likud-Kadima Deal

Member of Knesset Michael Ben-Ari (National Union) reacted, Tuesday, to the entrance of Kadima to the coalition of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu by saying, "The continued term of the government with the addition of Kadima is bad for the people of Israel and hurt the settlement enterprise in Judea and Samaria."

Dr. Ben-Ari continued, "Netanyahu and [Kadima Chairman Shaul] Mofaz were seeking job arrangements and presented a theater of the absurd where only the people of Israel lose."

Jerusalem Fliers Don't Incite

Ben-Ari: Jlem Fliers Don’t Incite

MK Michael Ben-Ari has signed his name to fliers handed out in Jerusalem that have a picture of Supreme Court justices wearing the Arab kefiyyah and the words “No loyalty – no justice!” The fliers “do not contain any incitement, but rather, legitimate criticism of the junta that is trying to run the country,” he said.

“These same judges are drawing things out and postponing decisions in dozens of cases involving illegal construction in the Bedouin sector,” he said.
